Gravel ("we," "us," "our") provides AI-powered website design and digital marketing services for construction companies and licensed contractors. By purchasing a Gravel product or service, you ("you," "your," "customer") agree to these terms.
Services
Gravel offers the following services:
- Starter: 1-page responsive website — $2,995
- Professional: 5-page responsive website — $6,995
- Credibility Package: 5-page website + Google Business Profile optimization + SEO setup + review response templates — $11,995
- Total Presence: Complete digital marketing package including website, GBP, SEO, monthly blog posts, social media graphics, quarterly reports, Google Ads setup, and priority support — $19,995
- GBP + SEO Add-on: Google Business Profile optimization + SEO setup — $3,000
- Managed Hosting: Hosting, monitoring, annual content refresh, and one minor update per month — $79/month
How It Works
Gravel builds websites using publicly available business data from sources including the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB), Google Business listings, and your existing website. We combine this data with AI-generated content and trade-specific design templates to create your website.
Payment Terms
All one-time services are billed at the time of purchase. Your credit card is authorized at checkout and charged upon successful deployment of your website. If we cannot deploy your site, the authorization is released and you are not charged.
Managed Hosting is billed monthly. You may cancel at any time — your site remains live through the end of the current billing period.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Delivery
Websites are delivered within 48 hours of payment. Credibility Package and Total Presence services may take up to 7 business days for complete fulfillment of all components (GBP optimization, SEO setup, etc.).
Revisions
Each package includes revision rounds to correct errors, update information, or adjust content:
- Starter: 1 revision round
- Professional: 2 revision rounds
- Credibility Package: 2 revision rounds
- Total Presence: Revisions included with priority support
A revision round covers corrections to factual information, photo swaps, and content adjustments. It does not include complete redesigns or additional pages.

Managed Hosting subscribers ($79/month) receive one free minor update per month and one annual full refresh.
Refund Policy
If we cannot deliver your website within 7 days of payment, you receive a full refund. You may cancel your order at any time before your site goes live for a full refund. Once your site is deployed and your domain is connected, the purchase is considered final.
Managed Hosting subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. No refunds are issued for partial months.
Ownership
You own the content and design of your website. If you choose to leave Gravel, we will export your site files and deliver them to you at no charge. Gravel retains the right to display a "Built by Gravel" attribution link in the footer of generated websites.
Accuracy of Information
Gravel builds websites using publicly available data. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy through our AI quality assurance process, you are responsible for reviewing your website during the revision period and notifying us of any errors. We are not liable for inaccuracies in publicly available data sources.
Limitation of Liability
Gravel provides website design services only. We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, lead generation results, or business outcomes. Our services are provided "as is" and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
SMS and Email Communications
By engaging with Gravel, you may receive communications via SMS or email regarding your website, account, and services. Marketing messages include opt-out instructions. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message or contacting us at contact@gravelbuild.com.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Contra Costa County, California.
