Overview
Gravel ("we," "us," "our") provides AI-powered website design, SEO, and digital presence services for small businesses. By subscribing to or purchasing a Gravel product or service, you ("you," "your," "subscriber") agree to these terms.
Services
Gravel offers the following services:
- Digital Presence Monitoring: $79/month — includes a personalized Google Business Profile optimization plan written specifically for your business, Digital Presence Score and competitive ranking report, monthly score monitoring with recommendations, pre-written Google Posts, and review response templates.
- Full Website Build: $149/month — includes everything in Digital Presence Monitoring, plus a custom 5-page website, SEO optimization, Cloudflare hosting with SSL, monthly blog post, and ongoing text/photo updates via email.
- One-Time Buyout: $2,000 — website files delivered as a one-time purchase. No hosting, no updates, no blog posts, no competitive report, no ongoing support.
How It Works
Gravel builds websites using publicly available business data from sources including state licensing boards, Google Business listings, and your existing website (if any). We combine this data with AI-generated content and trade-specific design to create your website. Your site is delivered within 48 hours of subscribing.
Subscription Billing
Gravel subscriptions are billed monthly ($79/month for Digital Presence Monitoring, $149/month for Full Website Build). Your first payment is processed at checkout. Subsequent payments are charged automatically on the same date each month.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment information — Stripe handles all payment data.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing contact@gravelbuild.com. There are no cancellation fees, no contracts, and no minimum commitment.
Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active through the end of your current billing period.
- Full Website Build subscribers: your site remains live through the end of the billing period, then is taken offline.
- Digital Presence subscribers: your monitoring reports and plan access continue through the end of the billing period.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your website within the first 30 days of subscribing, contact us for a full refund. No questions asked. This guarantee applies to first-time subscribers only.
Updates and Changes
Full Website Build subscribers: your subscription includes reasonable ongoing changes to your website — text edits, photo swaps, service updates, contact information changes, and similar modifications. Changes are processed by the next business day. Submit changes by emailing contact@gravelbuild.com.
Major redesigns, adding pages beyond the standard 5, or significant scope changes are not included and will be discussed separately.
One-Time Buyout
The One-Time Buyout ($2,000) delivers your website files as a one-time purchase. No hosting, updates, blog posts, competitive reports, or support are included. Files are delivered within 48 hours of payment.
Ownership
You own the content you provide to Gravel (photos, text, business information). Gravel-generated content (AI-written copy, designs, code) is licensed to you for use during your active subscription. The One-Time Buyout transfers full ownership of the delivered files. Gravel retains the right to display a "Built by Gravel" attribution link in the footer of generated websites.
Accuracy of Information
Gravel builds websites using publicly available data. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy through our AI quality assurance process, you are responsible for reviewing your website during the revision period and notifying us of any errors. We are not liable for inaccuracies in publicly available data sources.
Limitation of Liability
Gravel provides website design services only. We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, lead generation results, or business outcomes. Our services are provided "as is" and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
SMS and Email Communications
By engaging with Gravel, you may receive communications via SMS or email regarding your website, account, and services. Marketing messages include opt-out instructions. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message or contacting us at contact@gravelbuild.com.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Contra Costa County, California.
